The unique decor and spacious rooms provided a charming atmosphere . Staff members were really good, going out of their way to assist, such as offering an ice bucket for our wine. I experienced some discomfort due to thin walls affecting sleep quality from noise and had issues with the bathroom setup which could use some attention.

Had great stay for 3 nights. This was my 2nd stay, they offered a double room with a balcony. There where climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV too. The location of the hotel was marvellous and amazing - relatively close to a well-preserved roman amphitheater...

The warm welcome from the owner and the staff. I did notice some traffic noise in the early mornings, which could be a drawback for light sleepers.

I encountered some street noise that affected my sleep during the early mornings, which could be a drawback for light sleepers. Just bring some earplugs if you're sensitive!

The hotel was clean with good and fantastic location to the main attraction area and recently renovated rooms. Location so close to airport shuttle, old town and the bus/train station. For tea or coffee visit Pasticceria Pradaval nearby.

Charming communication with multilingual staff.
I experienced some inconveniences. The heating in my room was unreliable. I requested a portable heater, and although they provided it, it seemed like an unnecessary hassle. The street noise was also a problem, disturbing my sleep early in the morning despite having closed windows.

Great location just a short walk from Piazza Bra. The unique decor immediately captured my attention. It seemed like stepping into a contemporary art space. Spacious room with eye-catching furniture. A large bathroom. I appreciated the helpful staff. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Breakfast offered quality items like fresh pastries and boiled eggs, but I would have liked a few hot options. I did notice some street noise in the early mornings, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. The ambiance and cleanliness were excellent, despite a few minor inconveniences.
